What sizes do your prints come in?

All prints are 21cmx30cm. 

If you'd like a different size, please contact me and I will get back to you with pricing.

I saw a design on your Instagram that is not listed in your store. Can I please purchase a print of it? 

Yes, absolutely! However, the set-up fees are higher as it is being sent to press only as a one-off print, so it is likely to cost you a bit extra. If you are happy to go ahead with this, please click on the ‘CONTACT’ tab on the top of this website to send through an enquiry.

Do you do custom prints? 

Yes, I do custom prints for businesses, branding and personal use. Please contact me to send through an enquiry. 

Can you write my wedding stationary/ place cards/ invitations for me?

Yes, of course. I love weddings and everything that comes with them! I currently offer a selection of design templates that can be customised with your information. Alternatively, I can put together a one-off design just for you! Please contact me and I will send you my Stationary Compendium.

How much is postage?

sarah lauren designs offers postage anywhere within Australia for a flat fee of $10. We also ship internationally to selected countries. 

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your first order to arrive. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment being received.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are handled by Australia Post, and whilst we do everything possible to make sure your item arrives on time, sometimes this is not the case. Please contact us and we will provide confirmation of shipping date and parcel tracking number. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will endeavour to provide you with a new print as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost or missing parcels. 

How do I exchange/refund my item?

Sorry, but we cannot exchange or refund based on change of mind.

All items undergo professional quality checks prior to shipping. In case of postal damage, item/s can then be returned for a refund or exchange.

I have placed my order, yay! How long will it take till it’s in my home?

We send all our items via express post. It takes 24 hours to be processed. Please allow 2-7 days delivery time for Australia orders.

How can I pay for my online order?

sarah lauren designs only accepts credit card payments through our secure STRIPE payment system at the checkout.
